Easy to find, 5 tram stops from main trainstation, we came at 11pm and it was very important, there is 24 h open reception desk. next day we also could live our luggages to hold, and went to the city, and pick up luggages before went to airport. And the man who was working at the night was very friendly and we got good service👏

Convenient location with easy access to the city.
The broken window hinge (when I opened the window it dropped), the cracked basin in the bathroom (small but annoying), the incorrect shower fitting (that meant water came out at the connection to the shower head as well as the shower head itself - I suspect the wrong connection on the flexible hose.) I just get annoyed that housekeeping in whatever hotels I stay in don't seem to report faults, or if they do, management take no action.
