Good stay and friendly staff, a little pricey for the quality.

It was easy to reach, near the motorway, the staff is friendly and some of them speak English at the reception.

The shower head holder was broken, and they messed up our breakfast time after we asked to correct it due to a family emergency. I asked twice the evening before and they said that they would do it and that it was no problem but then, in the morning, the lady responsible for the breakfast showed me that nothing was amended so our breakfast was not ready but then the lady was really good at helping. We asked for the rooms to be near each other, but not only they were not near, but they were on different floors.

Cozy. Great people. The only thing is no a/c and you really can't fault them for that. Just be aware. Other than that, you won't be disappointed!

Exceptional

Loved the location of this place and that they had a fair amount of parking available. The breakfast was amazing!! The staff were all very friendly.

There is no A/C. A fan would be a good option in each room.

Exceptional

Everything was perfect in this hotel - the area, the staff, the dinner, the desserts (dont miss the plum desert:). Very clean room and facilities, very comfortable bed, beautiful nature.

We rented 2 rooms for a family of 7 and everyone had a fantastic experience. Exceptional care was taken by the cleaning

we loved the charming town of Randersacker, the comfort of the rooms, and the friendliness of the staff

I wish there was a fridge in the room.

The staff very friendly and kind, clean and the hotel it is near the river. Very good food and wine at the restaurant. Thanks for a pleasant time at your hotel!

With climate change, they need to find a solutions for the rooms that get too hot in the day time! :-) all the rest just fantastic! Thanks.

nice hotel, breakfast could be better

Friendly staff, spacious room, very clean, good location for a stopover for a night, not far from the motorway, parking nearby

The breakfast was correct but it felt a bit rationed and there was little choice: no croissant, no fruit except a tiny portion of fruit salad, low quality of fruit yogurt and fruit juice. There was a lot of noise in the street that night, that was no fault of the hotel though.

OK hotel in a nice old town.

The hotel is situated in the middle of the pitoresque town of Randersacker. The room was spacious, clean and had what it needed to have. Breakfast had to be ordered, because of Covid (?), beforehand. A little impractical but works. There are rumours of being many good winehouses in Randersacker, which on a business trip unfortunately have to remain unknown territory...

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed. Their are though other restaurants in the vicinity so that problem is easily solved. There is a small parking place at the hotel, but a bigger one 50 m down the road.

Nice place in beautiful Randersacker

Nice place in the heart of Randersacker by Würzburg. Very agreeable priced. During these coronatimes the staff is sincerely applying the rules. The dinner at the restaurant was good. Traditional types of food, well prepared.

The single room, cheap of course, was sparsely furnitured, not a place to stay for many hours, which neither was my intention. It should not count against the establishment, given the (low) price.

Disappointing

Small room, even for a 1 person room. No bath has promised in the room description. hotel is dead, no restaurant open, no bar open. Breakfast you had to choose the night before what you wanted. I know it's corona time, but i visited other hotels in Germany this week that were digèrent and respected all the rules.

Excellent

Everything was perfect! Very clean and warm room, the staff help you always, very good restaurant, quiet location, very good breakfast. Highly recommended!
