PLAZA Premium Darmstadt

My 5-year-old son and I had such a lovely stay! We parked our car in the garage and received a very warm welcome. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. After a long day of driving, we went for a swim right away. The pool and sauna were amazing and exactly what we needed to relax. Afterwards, we went to the piano bar for some drinks and ordered a salami pizza, which was absolutely fine for us. The bartender was very professional and incredibly kind to my son. As a mother travelling alone with a young child, it means so much when people are warm and welcoming towards your little one. It really made us feel at home. The drinks were amazing too, and I truly enjoyed our evening. We were exhausted afterwards and had a wonderful night’s sleep. The breakfast the next morning was fantastic. Such an extensive selection, with so much to choose from! After breakfast, we took our time to enjoy a great workout and went for another swim. It was such a lovely and relaxing way to start the day, especially knowing we had another long drive ahead of us. Being able to exercise, swim and recharge before getting back into the car made the experience even better. A special thank you to Zoltan, who was incredibly kind and helpful to us. We would like to thank him once again for everything and for making us feel so welcome. It was the perfect ending to our holiday. I got back into the car for our final day of driving home feeling relaxed, happy and full of positive energy. Everything exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back!

Lovely and comfortable room with great aircon during this heatwave. Desk and restaurant staff were fantastic.

The spa area is quite nice, the beds are comfortable

The hotel in general but particularly the bathroom is a bit outdated and smells , the water doesn’t go away well in the shower , the pillows are pretty uncomfortable , smart tv would have been great. The elevators partially don’t function

Location The bottle of water in the room, the pancakes and coffee during breakfast

The staff. The check out time which is 11am, but as a traveler we all know that generally all check out time is 12 noon. But when I asked the staff if we can check out at 12, he told me that I will pat extra 10 euros to stay until 12 noon and I find it so ridiculous! We had to hurry up as a family of 4 with a toddler to reach the 11am check out. How horrible experience it was! The breakfast was basic, do not give so much hype on it.
