Il faudrait plus de personnel à la réception dans les heures de pointe pour mieux gérer le flux des check-in et des check out.

Great location for work.
Room on 4th floor with faulty air-conditioning, meaning it was far too hot and uncomfortable in room. Reported issue to reception and was offered another room but they explained that air-conditioning will be the same as all run from a common system. I chose to try a different room and left the hotel for work, with understanding that I would simply swap rooms on return that evening.That same morning the hotel rang to say they needed the room for other visitors. I did not have time to return to hotel due to business meetings and stated I would remain in original room. The problem remained and I needed to open windows for cooler, fresh air but also allowed street noise and this resulted is poor nights sleep for the duration of my stay.
On checking out and as requested on booking I needed a VAT Invoice and receipt. I was given some other companies bar receipt. This was rectified once I had emailed and requested correct receipt.

Modernes Hotel, das alle Erwartungen erfüllt hat. Würde ich sofort wieder buchen. Gutes Frühstück verfügbar. Anbindung an die Autobahn sehr gut, Anbindung an die Innenstadt einfach und gut über öffentliche Verkehrsmittel erreichbar.
Der Preis der Tiefgarage ist wirklich zu hoch. Die Bar benötigt recht dringend eine Renovierung ... auch wie die Hotelvorfahr ... das schaut schon alles etwas heruntergekommen aus. Innen ist sonst alles klasse!

Super gepflegt, großzügig und komfortabel ausgestattet, sehr ruhig, schönes Wellnessangebot. Besonders angenehm, dass ein Wasserkocher mit Kaffee-/Teeangebot vorhanden waren.

Super Frühstück mit sehr großer Auswahl. Lage gut.
Pool/Sauna/Fitness war leider von 14.00 Uhr - 17.00 Uhr geschlossen, danach (bis 21.00 Uhr) wird 10 Euro für die Benutzung berechnet.

Das kleine Ecksofa im Zimmer mit Beistelltisch waren super!
Der Pool war etwas zu kalt und das Dampfbad war leider kaputt. Man hat auch leider die Züge gehört.

Die Zimmer sind großzügig, sauber, modern ausgestattet. Service im Allgemeinen sehr gut. Tiefgarage und nah am Stadtzentrum.
Diesmal gab es beim Frühstück Probleme mit dem Auffüllen der Speisen. Offensichtlich war das Personal überrascht, wie viele Gäste zum Essen kamen. Haben wir schon viel besser erlebt, also ein kleiner Wehmutstropfen.

The beds were unbelievably comfortable it was amazing!!! We had two queen size beds and there was enough space for me and my little baby to sleep in one bed and my mom had a huge bed for herself 👌🏽

Very comfortable and clean room with excellent facilities provided. Really comfy bed. The location of the hotel is also good, close to tram station (only 2 minutes walk) and close to Darmstadt main railway station. Garage at the hotel with a price of 18 Euros/day.
There was nothing we didn' t like, everything was perfect! Unfortunately, we could not visit the spa during our stay because of renovation works.

Staff is always great in the hotel, bar and cafeteria. 10/10.
The place is well maintained in general. Nice design in all areas and good maintenance.
Size of rooms and it's features are good too for the price. Breakfast is great.
It's just disappointing they keep saying that the wellness area and swimming pool are being renovated. It has been closed for a year for renovation work that isn't happening!
Cleaning could be better: my room was fine and just dusty on some areas, but other colleagues had bed bugs.
