Loved the hospitality of the gentleman of the afternoon staff.
It's about 15 mins walk from Zermatt main station, it's quite close to town center. A bit of uphill incline before you reach the hotel, so if you have heavy/big luggage, be prepared for the incline.
They have a rooftop for you to chill.
the room is a bit small, if you're expecting bigger room, this wouldn't be for you.

Breakfast was good.
The room was small with not even one chair. The mattresses were too soft. Plus, there was no public space to sit. Yes, there was a rooftop patio but it was not maintained. Cushions were wet and garbage was present.

Liked the location in Zermatt. Breakfast was okey. Staff welcoming. Clean.
Really small room, for 2x guys and 2 luggage.
