Room was basic but clean and comfortable. Reception was welcoming and showed us to our room. Be aware most rooms are not in the same building as reception but actually a 2-3 minute walk away. The location of the hotel was great, close to the station for the Phantasialand shuttle and in the centre of town so easy access to shops and restaurants.

The curtains didnt cover the windows so make sure you take an eye mask if this is an issue.

Stanza molto confortevole. Pulita, ben accessoriata con un terrazzino delizioso dove abbiamo anche cenato. Zona centralissima ma comunque molto tranquilla. Per nostra scelta abbiamo sempre fatto colazione in bar non della struttura. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Great location for Phantasialand, really comfortable room, huge bath and bathroom.

Reception being in a different building was a bit strange but wasn't a deal breaker.

Its in the city center.

The staff just open the door suddenly before our check out time. It was only 10:30am and the check out was 11am. We were not yet done preparing for check out. Good thing that we were already dressed that time. Our privacy was invaded.
