Radisson Blu Hotel, Doha

Very friendly staff. Faraj from the reception was very helpful

Bad smell from the corridor leading to the rooms

I like the kids pool its safe and my kids are enjoy

I dont like the bathroom its smell and when we shower the water is stock in the side not flowing so we walking with wet bathroom and no sleeper available also inside bathroom

In general it was good

None

On the positive side, the food was acceptable, the room service was very good, and the room view was excellent.

First, the security staff behavior was unacceptable. We are a family of five, and our car was properly registered, yet every time we left and returned to the hotel, we were stopped and treated in an unprofessional and rude manner. Even during checkout, despite completing the process at reception, security stopped us again and made us wait while they rechecked the room. This was unnecessary and poorly handled. Second, the service quality needs improvement. Although the hotel advertises heated swimming pools, the water was very cold — not suitable for children. When I raised this concern, the response from the staff was dismissive and rude instead of helpful. Regarding the beach, it is rocky and lacks any proper setup or activities compared to other hotels. The pools also lacked atmosphere, with no music or entertainment, making the environment feel dull.
