Läget var perfekt. Direkt access till Mall of Emirates. Fantastisk personal och otroligt mysigt rum. Poolen var mysig och även där var personalen mycket trevlig. Mycket skön säng. Room service var perfekt. Poolen har sen sol på vinterns så vill man sola hela dagen får man se till att boka annat ställe

WiFi var lite segt men det var ok då jag inte arbetade. Annars absolut inget fel.

Uitstekend hotel met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Een uitgebreid ontbijt. Het personeel in het restaurant waar het ontbijt werd geserveerd was zeer vriendelijk en servicegericht. Het hotel is is gekoppeld aan de Mall of the Emirates. Vanuit het hotel loop je zo de mall in. Verder is de metro zeer dichtbij. Qua locatie zit je centraal en met de metro is de rest van de stad goed te bereiken. Het hotel is met name geschikt als je naar Dubai komt om de stad te bekijken. Wij hadden een erg mooie en grote kamer wat zeer de moeite waard is wanneer je langer verblijft dan een of twee nachten. Een aparte eet- en zitkamer met een ruime badkamer. Het bed was erg fijn. Al met al zeer tevreden.

Absolument tout La suite était sublime, literie parfaite, absolument tous les produits/services étaient de qualité. Petit déjeuner délicieux avec des produits de qualité Personnel gentil, accueillant et disponible pour le moindre aspect/ Le service nettoyage est parfait vraiment la chambre était en permanence nettoyée!! l'hôtel est magnifique. Les deux piscines sont parfaites , les maître nageurs sont très gentils aimables et très professionels. Nous avons adoré et reviendrons sûr.

I loved the fact It was in the shopping mall. The proximity to the shops, cinema and wide range of restaurants in the food court.

The Kempinski is a shadow of itself. Sometimes when I read negative comments, I assume maybe the guest was just too fussy!! Well now I’m that disappointed guest, now I know how it feels!!! On previous family holidays in Dubai, we had stayed at Raffles, Conrad, The Address, Grosvenor House, Four Seasons, all excellent choices. On this particular trip, We had earlier stayed at the Meydan for Christmas for 6 nights and decided to split our holiday into two. Spending the latter 6 nights at Kempinski over the new year. 5 of us in our group, hubby, my 17 year old daughter, 16 year old son and 12 year old son!! We were super excited to stay. From our check in though, I was disappointed and knew I had made a poor choice. Right from the reception!!!! Other guests in the reviews had praised the hotel for being luxurious/ grand etc!!! Was I at the wrong place??? Everything appeared bug standard!! We booked 2 deluxe suites on the executive lounge floor, 11th floor, you would expect that to be luxurious and all. But the rooms were much smaller than any hotel we have ever stayed in Dubia. Their Deluxe suite feels and looks like a European size type suite. Small. In Dubai, my experience has always been that their rooms are generous and spacious! Not at Kempinski!!!! The room smelt mouldy/ stuffy, I had to ask several times to get an air freshener humidifier installed in my suite so I could stay there! The furniture is basic, I’m telling you, nothing luxurious! No fruits, chocolates, biscuits, nothing was ever left in our rooms, the entire 6 nights. Zero personal service. The breakfast service was a sham, our eggs, waffle and pancakes arrived after we had finished our breakfast. This was a daily occurrence at their main restaurant. By day 4, we decided to restrict ourselves to breakfast in the lounge since the main restaurant clearly weren’t coping well with full service.

It is beautiful, comfortable and the staff is exceptional.

Perhaps a bit far out from old town, but not really. Taxi is reasonably priced, and there is good bus and metro service.

Breakfast was marvellous, the room is spacious, good value

Gym, Foyer staff very friendly and engaging. Short walk into the Mall. Nice Family room on 10th floor. Executive Lounge was pleasant.

Breakfast can be improved on. It's seems it's all over . Fruit far from Yogurt. Didn't enjoy the skukshuka and Eggs Benedict.

Super professional and friendly staff everywhere in the hotel. Everything we requested during the booking were well prepared for our arrival.

The location is amazing cause MOE direct access. Room is big for a family accommodation.

I used to be there more than 10 times. Unfortunately the service since last couple of years keeps dropping year after year, especially if the hotel is fully booked it will be a nightmare for you. I used to love it but even reception team don’t give a proper checking in experience every time I have to change my room couple of times, comments you leave when booking rarely to be done i.e. kids sofa bed, birthdays, amenities related to number of people. House keeping experience was nightmare and I had to complain to that managers started to move.

موقعه بعيد نوعا ما عن الاماكن السياحيه، عدم توفر التكاسي امام الفندق وصعوبة الحصول على تاكسي التنظيف لم يكن مثل المرات السابقه واحيانا يتم نسيان تنظيف الغرفه عالرغم من اضاءة اشارة خدمة التنظيف

Room very good size and comfortable bed lovely bathroom and toilet supply and towels connection to mall of Emirates is so convenient housekeepers are so tentative and helpful. Big thanks to them

food by swimming pool and in room dining is not to the hotel standards, needs to be improved

موقع الغرفة غير جيد .. تم التواصل مع الفندق أنه عندي مناسبة ذكرى زواج ولم يتم عمل أي شي من قبل ادارة الفندق وهذا يدل على عدم اهتمامهم، بالاضافة الى اني طلبت من خدمة الغرف وجبة عشاء وكان سعرها جدا غالي وكان الاكل جدا سيء ولا أنصح فيه أبدا.

لم يعجبني التأخير بالدخول وعدم المصداقيه من قبل طاقم الاستقبال

الغرفه مكتومه وبها رائحه بعيده عن الاصنصير مفارش السرير قديمه جدا جدا الوسائد غير مريحه ابدا كان هناك اعمال اصلاح في احد الغرف الساعه العاشره صباحا والصوت مزعج وعالي لايوجد غلايه في داخل الغرفه

Amazing location and access to Mall is wonderful.

Reservation and front desk staff need a lot of trainings in terms of servicing customers and the know-how of how to deal with specific situations. Room was not clean at with some long hair in the drawers, two shampoo when our reservation is for four and too many things. Also, our flight was preponed for couple of hours, so I asked the hotel if there is a way to check in earlier due to the war and “Tina’s” answer was that I have to book a full night instead for the couple of hours. The way the message was conveyed was so “robotic” and the worst is the call I got from “Mina” who called without having anything to say!!!! Then I arrived to check in and met Johnny who told me don’t worry I will make sure to make your stay pleasant and the pleasant part is that nobody came back to us!!! I really don’t recommend this hotel, it is a big and strong body with no heart and soul

Really was wonderful hotel, The staff are all friendly, credible and helpful, they help you for what you need and you want, easy and quick registration and check-out, the hotel is clean, the rooms is clean and also nice, the cleaning service is daily, and the room has coffee and tea supplies, the hotel location close to all, it was Comfortable stay, sure i will reservation again when i come back to istanbul .. ..
