Perfect location with convenient parking option. We could reach everything in town on foot. The staff were very friendly and accommodating plus were able to fit us in with breakfast at short notice.

Hotel building and bedroom were both very nice. Receptionist was welcoming and friendly. Convenient for getting to Memmingen Train station to access the airport, and also very close to the Marktplatz, which may be handy when the Christmas market is on, though I stayed during August myself.
Nothing negative comes to mind, had a positive experience.

Quiet location.
For the first time in my life and I travel a lot,a hotel is not able to guarantee a taxi transfer.
I talked to three people at the reception for two days and on the day of my early flight the taxi never came.
I stayed at almost all the hotels in Memmingen- this never happened there.

Close to the nearby airport
I specifically paid for a higher-category room (business), yet upon arrival I was assigned a room that was clearly of an inferior standard. The room did not reflect what was advertised or what I paid for. Also instead of a double bed the room had two separate single beds. Disappointing service. This felt misleading and disappointing, especially given the premium price. I would strongly recommend future guests double-check their room assignment at check-in.
