Location is very walkable a close to the station. The hotel is compact and breakfast was good.
The area is not the most scenic. There is no safety issues since we are talking about Swiss but it certainly does not bring 'romantic' into a sentence. The lack of A/C had an impact since the street is very noisy. We could not sleep with windows closed, too hot inside!

Convenience of being next to the train station and great price. The young lady at the desk was soooo nice and helpful. The fan in our room had dust all over the fan blades and I have allergies so I asked for a fan without dust (fan cover was bolted shut so I couldn't take off the cover to wipe the dust off) and she brought us another one promptly. Walked to a nice fondue restaurant around the corner.
Had to hunt for an electrical outlet by moving furniture to charge our devices.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the location was ideal for us. It was across the street from the main train station, perfect for an early-morning flight. Easy airport access.
It wasn't very clean. The room was fine. But the bathroom had quite a bit of mold.
