The location is amazing and the reception upgraded my reservation
There is no soundproof, we were at floor 11 and I could still hear the street noise, the room service is not really good, we waited for one day to get two slippers

The view is amazing u can see the sea and it is in the middle of beirut
The staff is amazing and was very helpful
Parking the car cost 10$ is pure robbery and when i spoke to hotel manager they said it private company
Parking should be free like every other hotels
I stayed 7 days and paid 70$ for parking
Like wow it is very ridiculous

Cleaning needs to improve
Parking is cost extra 10$ per day . It should be included.
Checking in was very slow.
The windows is not sounds approved. Even I am in 14th floor still I can hear music from the street and the winds .
