Es war bereits unser zweiter Aufenthalt und dieses Mal waren auch die größeren Zimmer frei. So wurde unser Aufenthalt noch besser. Die Parkgarage war direkt gegenüber. Achtung: die Einfahrt ist um die Ecke. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut. Das Personal sehr freundlich und die Einrichtung schön als auch gemütlich.
Es war alles perfekt.

Das Parkhaus ist gleich nebenan und man kann da vom Hotel aus vergünstigt parkieren. Top!

The location was excellent - within 5 minutes walking distance from the lake and the main train station.
The bed and pillows were not comfortable. The bathroom was very small and smelled of sewerage, and the toilet was stained.

Paid for a suit as it was a birthday and was disappointed as in general the suit just felt disjointed and difficult to relax in.

location was good. one room was very small and very noisy - rooms facing inner yard with a bar and though the day was super hot air conditioning stopped working due to unknown reasons and was out till the morning when we left. breakfast was very modest.

Easy check in.
This is not a 4 star hotel. The walls were paper thin. My bathroom mirror had spit all over it and the shower didn’t drain at all. The surrounding neighbors were so loud I couldn’t sleep. Air conditioning or fan did not work so very hot in my room. The staff were very Unknowledgeable. They did not provide a dog blanket for my animal like most hotels do. So I guess dogs just sleep in the human blankets?? Gross.

We choose this hotel because it had charging for our electric car. There were two 11 kw chargers. However, one was blocked by a fossil car. The other was still free but it was limited to charge fo 2 hrs 20 min. So we could only charge 25%. Maybe that was a good thing because the cost was almost 1 eur per kwh.
If you’re looking for a hotel with a destination charger - do not choose this hotel.

Great location, good value for the facilities. Large suites with plenty of space for a family of 4, ours had two bathrooms and a terrace. Breakfast is very good. Plenty of eating options nearby.
The parking garage is right across the street (extra pay).
The restaurant and bar were closed at the time. Blame COVID, I suppose.

super location, in the heart of the city. easy to walk to plenty of restaurants. all clean room and facilities
lady at the checkout suggested to stay in a hostel next time as we had our cycling bikes in the room due to attached luggage (check in staff approved it). disappointing customer service
