Brilliant placed for walking. Generally good food and excellent breakfast

Spar was good, however the steam room was non operational (Nov covid related). Reason was that not enough guests / out of season

Filzmoos is a very nice town with great hiking

I booked the hotel for Sauna ann Wellness, but was not able to use due to Covid-19. Hotel has 48 rooms and only gives slots of 1hour until 19.30. Impossible to book slot after hiking. This should be mentioned on booking.com, very disappointing. Room was facing other building. Tried to change room (even was willing to pay more), but was told there was no room with mountain view available (depite it was shown on booking.com it was available). Did not experience staff helpfull, or trying to make my stay more delightfull.
