Peaceful quiet little getaway.

5 stars for the location in the middle of Salzkammergut area, ideal for taking a bike tour around the lakes without having to use the car (e-bike rental place nearby). Beautiful, calm and tranquil green surrounding, orderly garden, spotless clean room, delicious breakfast served on the sonnige Terrasse, etc. But for me, above all the comfort and convenience - it was the human part. The owners and coworkers were not only polite and friendly, but super flexible with all our requests, true professionalism at a master level.
Thank you ALL for this exceptional stay, we will visit again! A+++

Very nice location. Perfect base to visit the region, specially if you plan to take the boats. Parking was available at no extra cost. Breakfast was very good, with adequate options for all tastes. Staff was very kind and had nice tips to visit the area. There is also a nice garden, spa and pool area.
The bed was making some noises. No blackout blinds, at least in my room. Other than that, no issues at all.

Perfect location in the city centre, but very quiet.

choice. Wonderful clean swimming pool. We had the
larrge appartment in the depandace building,
completely equiped with sun terrace, with direct
access to swimming pool.
The church’s bells from neighborhood
are little big loud, but after couple
of Stiegl beers it’s OK😀😀

The unit is comfortable for 3 adult and 1 children 15 years old. Walking distance to lake. Staff very friendly.

Very nice location close to beautiful lake and multiple attractions. very friendly staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Very good breakfast, and great caffe. Comfortable parking available.
Light switch could be replaced with motion detectors. I would appreciate more than one key to the room. I would prefer electronic key over clastic hardware.

This is a beautiful base from which to discover the Salzkammergut region. The breakfast was excellent, rooms were comfortable and a good size and staff were very friendly and accommodating.

- Swimming pool and garden are beautiful
- Breakfast options are plenty
- Wifi is very good and stable
- Arriving on Monday was a bit awkward: the reception was closed so found an envelope with my name and the room key, which did not feel very welcoming
- I hate to mention this, but Covid measures are ignored by the guests. Staff is not actively telling guests to wear masks and to disinfect their hands, not even at the breakfast buffet. There was one man coughing and blowing his nose in the breakfast room before walking over to the buffet, which made me feel very uncomfortable.

4/ Big flat with a small kitchen (number 305) - perfect for our stay with our 3 young kids
1/Wifi was not working in our appartement but we didn't complain so maybe it can be fixed
