Novotel Wien City

Staying with the Novotel chain is always a pleasant and welcoming experience, and Novotel Wien City was no exception. We had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel’s location is fantastic—situated in a great area, just a short walk or a quick metro ride to the heart of Vienna's Old Town. The room was spacious, clean, and well-designed, providing everything needed for a comfortable visit. The staff was welcoming and professional throughout, and the breakfast was quite good overall, offering a solid variety to start the day. The only minor drawback was the parking situation: the hotel's parking garage requires a bit of a walking distance from the property. Overall, it is a reliable and comfortable 4-star hotel that is well-suited for exploring Vienna, and we would gladly stay here again!

the office staff were excellent and helped us a lot, one of your restaurant staff however was far too greedy and pushes me to tip him. older guy on our first night there.

Clean and suitable for families. Have a nice terrace, great guys on reception and bar !!

Some problems in a system regarding breakfast and lady jumped on kids with questions about their breakfast booking. Unfortunately she didn’t make that nicely but as an sheriff from OkCoral and then parents go to reception to sort it out why she didn’t have our rooms on the breakfast list even we had paid breakfast for all 3 rooms. Parking is quite far from the hotel but they have it so better than no parking. Guys on reception are tremendous nice and solve “dangerous “ issues of breakfast list both mornings. In general that is only what we didn’t like. Hotel is in good location, very clean and staff are nice and friendly ( if you are not missing on breakfast list).
