This is a well managed countryside hotel we stayed in several times. Hotel is very priceworthy, clean and fresh with great breakfast including some home made stuff. Staff always been friendly and helpful. Good parking facilities freeof charge
We wish they still had the hotel restaurant, it served very well prepared traditional German dishes and unlike may other did not only serve large portions, full of fat, on the contrary well prepared dishes. We missed that, Alsfeld outside of season has not much restaurants to offer

Very clean, we stayed in a guest house room nearby. When we came in it smelled
Like chlorine and cheep disinfectant. I wish they use aromatics that gives more nicer smell. Otherwise all was basic but not bad. The sofa in the room was very warn and textile was broken. Wifi in the guest house DID NOT WORK.
Breakfast was pretty good!

The room was clean and quiet. The complimentary bottle of water was much appreciated.
Breakfast was good with freshly cooked eggs on request. The waitress was very friendly and accommodating.
My invoice was not ready when I checked-out and I was told it would be forwarded to my by mail. I am still waiting...
