Vybavení ubytování výborné, personál vstřícný a milý. Lokalita výborná, blízko k lanovkách s letním provozem, kam jsme přejížděli autem. Dostatek míst k parkování. Venkovní hřiště pro děti. Posezení pro rodiče u hřiště u stolečků, takže lze relaxovat a u toho z povzdálí sledovat děti.

Dostali jsme jiný pokoj, než který jsme podle fotek na booking rezervovali. Na recepci jsme se snažili pokoj vyměnit, ale řekli nám, že nejsme prvni, komu se to stalo a neměli nic volné. Měli jsme rezervovaný pokoj s výhledem na hory, podle fotek v podkroví, ale dostali jsme pokoj v prvním patře s výhledem dozadu na stráň a stromy.

Everything, was amazing just when we come inside of the apartment and go open the window we found something broke in the floor but I went immediately to the reception and tell about what I found but the rest as amazing 👏 ❤️

Everything, very polite staff, beautiful rooms with kitchen and sitting area, all items 4-star Hotel could have including gym and spa.

Great view at the mountains.

Cold in the room. Heating was turned off (despite it is available in room description). After intervention at reception "they couldn't do anything, it's controlled for whole building in some central place" - so they are just saving money and don't care for your comfort.

We booked this hotel because of the view of the Alps and that was included in the description of the room with the view. Guess what? we have the back view of the hotel, no view at all. So disappointed knowing that we agreed to pay extra for this hotel. Even though we booked only for two nights, our expectation was too high to get and see this lovely view of the Alps. The next day they told us that we can transfer to a room with w/a view but we need to pay extra. Thank you very much but the damage is done and I will not spend another extra penny anymore. So disappointed!!
