The hotel was so elegant and beautiful but most important were the staff. From the time you entered, the check-in, housekeeping, breakfast, check-out, everything was so customer friendly. I believe the staff made our visit such a memorable experience!

I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Kuwait. The location is truly amazing, making it very convenient and accessible. The comfort of the hotel exceeded my expectations, and the staff were exceptionally professional, friendly, and attentive, always ensuring that every need was taken care of.
Overall, my experience was perfect from start to finish, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuwait. I look forward to returning again on my next trip.

The rooms were very nice and the staff as well, matched the expectations.
I had to change rooms because I was woken up at 1 am by screaming children next door. Some rooms have a connecting door between them and they are not soundproof at all. Then I was woken up again by housekeeping at 8 am.
In terms of location, I can't judge, it seems like you can't walk anywhere anyway. But their ATM did not work, neither did the hotel next to it, so I really struggled without cash for taxies.
