The staff was very helpful and the location is great. Close to HBF.

Location and food locations near the hotel.
I only stayed one night so I can't honestly say what I didn't like about the hotel.

Rooms are nice and clean whereas the hallway and entry need renovation.
Friendly welcome, which is always appreciated.
Breakfast was a small buffet, not much choice, unfortunately the coffee machine did not work as it should, not possible to have cappuccino. Breakfast is too expensive for what it has to offer.

Location but that is not a stern necessity. DB was close by. Eateries and supermarket were close by.
The room did not have an air condition. The reason for having Air Condition is not just good air but also other benefits. To avoid suffocation, I had kept the windows open through the night for fresh air. It was an insecure feeling. Lots of vehicle noise because of open windows that hindered good sleep. The cigarette smell from outside was coming in because of the open windows. The building is a very old made-up building and quality of products used were mediocre.
