The dining room staff is lovely and kind. It was possible to diversify with the addition of some vegetables.
We are a retired couple from Israel. We stayed at the Edelweiss Hotel in Davos for 15 days. Nice hotel, clean and accessible to all sites in the city of Davos. Reasonable breakfast. However, the reception staff is unsympathetic and caused us unacceptable heartache. He rejected our credit 4 times and each time a different card claiming that the cards are not good even though we explained to him that they had a problem with the device. And when they found out, they didn't even bother to apologize. And not as usual they charged us on the first day of our stay at the place and not as usual on the day of departure like all the other guests. We felt rejected. When we asked why this behavior was not answered. Also, they flatly refused to allow us to bring in a small water tank to sit with different claims. It's a shame that such a nice hotel has an unkind reception staff. We would be happy to apologize. Moshe and Yehudit Kibbutz Alumim.

staff is so friendly and available to answer any questions regarding the area! we were able to use the city bus and leave our car at the hotel while we went exploring.
Breakfast was great. The staff was very accommodating. I asked for hard boiled eggs for my kids and they were happy to oblige.
we were upgraded to the apartment which is beautiful and very spacious!!!
The beds were not super comfortable :(

Rooms are spacious and balconies are wonderful. Staff was very accommodating with every request we had such as keeping our wine cold :) the location is 200m from a mountain path so ideal for active guests with a pet. Our little dog had a wonderful holiday too, would definitely recommend.

Rooms were comfortable, comfortable beds. Internet was stasifactory. Good breakfast, athough no vegies (tomatos, etc.) Free parking place. Nice staff. One of the rooms we got was upgraded to de lux one - there was trick in this room: a shower had a glass door just in fron of the bed, so good to a couple, but not necessary for others.
Our room was OK, but it is vissible that the hotel has few yeas, eg. table was a little bit used, the same for towels. Location of the hotel is good - walking distance to main points worth to see.

Very friendly staff. Comfy beds and clean room
I got a free upgrade to a double room (instead of a single) which was very nice. Good value for money. Nice location, convenient for the Congress centre. Beautiful entrance foyer and breakfast room.
The room I had was on the lower ground where the storage rooms and entrance to the kitchens were therefore a bit dark, no view and a little noisy early. But since it was a short stay no problem. Hand towels a bit worn out.

A lovely hotel, I had a very comfortable room with a patio with a beautiful view. The staff all through the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Spotlessly clean. Well worth booking half board, dinner every night was good and varied and served with a smile.
This was my first holiday alone since my Husband died, I could not have made a better choice of hotel, I felt safe comfortable and I can highly recommend this hotel.
