The spa is good and so the all inclusive service, entertaining programs.

The electric water kettle had malfunction while usage, blew out the water like a fountain , my girlfriend burned her hand we informed the receptionist they even did not apologize. We went there to ask for new tea kettle what they sent to the room but we had to bring ourself back the one with the malfunction. The receptionist and other employees confirmed that this was not the first time that this problem happen.

L'ambiente in generale. Il cibo seppur completamente diverso dai nostri gusti italiani consentiva di trovare sempre qualcosa di buono. La cucina è curata e ben digeribile, unica insufficienza è la qualità della carne.

La pulizia della camera appena arrivati era buona, ma non più a partire dal primo pernottamento in poi. Ci sono più opzioni per il tipo di pulizia cui optare e per l'unica volta in cui abbiamo chiesto la pulizia più approfondita perché il pavimento ne necessitava, non è stato effettuato.

The reception was very friendly and the hotel overall is a nice place to visit if you are 60+. It is close to the city center. The selection of coffee is good at the bar. You get a bathrobe in the room as well as towels.

Even though we booked a normal room, we got a room for disabled persons. Everything was very low (sink in bathroom as well as the mirror - we could not see our faces while standing). The pools are outdated, not very clean, and they look smaller than on images. The restaurant offers a good selection of food, but to be honest, not everything is tasty. Cakes are basic. As it is an All Inclusive offer, we were expecting at least some full day offer. During the day there was only fruit, langos (cold), and one type of cake to choose from besides the beverages. Restaurants need quite an improvement. Also, the hotel is mostly filled with 60+
