My family and I had a great stay! The condo was really nice and in a perfect location. We traveled with our one year old and having the beach and restaurants near by made it very convenient. We would go back!

The property and location perfectly met our goal. Our on-site host (Bob) was prompt in all of our needs, which I might add were minimal to none. Communication from the start of our booking, until our departure, was informative and concise. The property location is very near Red Hook, which offers an array of restaurants, essentials, groceries, transportation ferries, and trip excursions. The Cowpet Bay is a quiet area with perfect amenities such as dining, bars, a pool, and immediate access to the beach. Although we traveled as two adult couples having no children, without hesitation, this is a family friendly environment servicing people of all ages. We would certainly return.

We have stayed at this property several times and continue to return to this great condo and community. This year we traveled with an infant and stayed on the property everyday. The beach area is well maintained, snorkeling was good despite the windy conditions this year. The condo is well maintained and property manager Pat was very responsive to any questions or needs we had. We will return!

Great location, perfectly stocked, great hosts with tons of communication and recommendations for local places to go. We would definitely book again. The beach is small and quiet - a nice getaway on heavy cruise ship days. The condo has EVERYTHING you need- from beach towels and chairs to the basic cleaning stuff (dish soap, detergent etc). Close enough to Red Hook for quick bites to eat and shopping.

We knew we made the right choice as soon as we walked in the door. The condo is extremely clean. Kitchen is totally stocked with super nice cookware, top of the line appliances, blender, bbq supplies for the gas grill, napkins, paper towels, tin foil, and all sorts of gadgets. Any cleaning supplies you need are plentiful including dish soap and laundry. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious and decorated with top notch fixtures and furniture. The star of the condo is the view and the very spacious balcony. That is where we spent the majority of our time when not enjoying the beach or pool. The views are postcard perfect. There are beach towels, coolers, and chairs for taking to other beaches outside of Cowpet. The beach at Cowpet is wonderful and was never crowded and the water is clear. The shared pool with the Elysian resort is gorgeous and big. Both are located a very short walk from the condo. Communication was great with the property manager as well. We would definitely book this place again when visiting St Thomas.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. Everything was just as described. The condo is very convenient to the beach and pool. It was a quick drive to food stores, tasty restaurants and the ferry to St John. Communication with the property manager was also easy which is very much appreciated.

Condo was perfect for my family. Very clean and kitchen was well equipped for our needs. Little extras like cable, wifi, beach towels, cooler, washer & dryer were a plus. Balcony overlooking the beach was a delight every day for our morning coffee. Kids loved the outdoor space as well. Furniture in living room was comfortable as well as the beds. Overall it was a great condo. We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks!!

Location is great. Just steps from the beach and on-site restaurants. Snorkeling at Cowpet Bay (protected marine area) was convenient and we saw stingrays, parrotfish, sea urchins, jacks, and others. The condo was perfect for a family of four. The kitchen was well appointed for the days we chose to cook. There was a large selection of beach towels and other beach items.

From the minute you walk into this condo in pristine condition until the day you dread having to leave, everything you could possibly need and want is at your fingertips. The owner and manager are so quick to respond to questions and very helpful. Not to mention how gorgeous this island is and how perfect the beach is, literally just a few steps away. We LOVED our week here and highly recommend this condo.

Easy to book the property. Great location and size of unit. The balcony and its view was a perfect bonus! Beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the stock of soap, towels, paper towels, and toilet paper. Would definitely stay here again!

Pat was very communicative through the booking process and prep for our week-long trip. The unit was as advertised, clean and comfortable. Being next door to the Ritz was great as we opted to do some excursions out of that facility. And being on the east end of the island with access to St John and the BVI is definitely the place to stay. Probably most guests would not opt to cook many (any) dinners in the unit, but we did, particularly because we went on a fishing excursion and brought home enough tuna and Mahi for several meals. The cookware in the unit was marginal at best for that purpose, but as I said, I imagine cooking in is not on most vacationers’ agendas. Would definitely consider renting here (and specifically from Pat and Bob) again.

The condo is beautifully well appointed and maintained. As far as updates, there is not one thing that is needed. Easy access to the beach, Sangria's and the Caribbean fish market. Don't hesitate to book this as you won't be disappointed.

We traveled with parents in their 80’s and found this to be the perfect spot. Morning sun on the balcony, beautiful scenery, and the condo itself had absolutely everything we needed. It was so comfortable and clean, and exactly as pictured. Communication with Bob and Pat was excellent, and made our visit so easy. A wonderful stay!

We had a great time in St Thomas. This location was great. The view off the deck out to Cowpet Bay was beautiful. The beach, pool and 2 restaurants we within walking distance so very convenient. The condo came with everything we needed and more, which we greatly appreciated. The Proximity to Red Hook was great for shopping, eating out and going on excursions. The only negative is that the condo itself could use some repairs.

Loved almost everything about this condo. Beautiful views, restaurants on site, pool and beach was awesome! Condo was spacious for my family of 5 adults. Easy communication with property manger. Condo was stocked with many items you might need. My only complaint ( if you call it that) is the queen bed is very hard and uncomfortable to my liking. Also, it would be nice if there was extra blankets. I would stay here again if we ever come back the St Thomas!

We loved this property. I was a little nervous booking but was convinced by all of the positive reviews, and I am grateful I followed that approach. The pictures don't do it justice, especially the beach, which was perfect for young children and more spacious than I expected from the pictures. The condo was also in better shape than the pictures (seemed a bit out-dated) made it look. But best of all was the location. If you rent a car (we did), you are 5 minutes from a ton of restaurants, 5 mins from the St. John ferry, and 5-to-10 minutes from several other decent beach options. Bob and Pat (managers) were very accessible despite being out of town the week we were there. Just tremendous all the way around.

We all enjoyed our stay in St. Thomas. The condo was very clean, the owners were very easy to communicate with and were able to answer questions we had promptly, the views were beautiful, and the condo really felt like home. We had such a wonderful time! Each morning we all enjoyed breakfast on the balcony and each evening we relaxed in the hot tub by the pool. Would highly recommend!

This property was great for accommodating family, in our case, or couples. The location gives you a beautiful beach, restaurants and pool with a short drive to Red Hook.
Communication with the owner, Jan, was also easy. I would recommend this property without hesitation.

We thought the place was very nice except for the large dumpster outside, between our unit and the ocean. Impossible to take a picture without it being in it. Pat was very nice and professional, Bob was not. He told us on Friday that the unit was clean since no one was in there the week before us and we could get in early. We got there on Saturday at
3:30 and the cleaning service was just getting started. They also left us with sheets and towels in the washer and dryer. He was very condescending when we called about the TV. Pat felt bad and gave us a certificate for dinner.

We had a great stay! We saw so much snorkeling at Cowpet Bay! The condo was perfect with easy access to everything! We will be back!

The unit was nicely furnished and contained all the amenities that you would expect in a condo and even more for your home away from home. The property owners Pat & Bob were great and were quick to respond via text to answer questions. For example, there was an issue with one of the showers, but Pat & Bob apologized and moved quickly to get a repair man to the unit the following morning to fix the issue.
I think it would be helpful to have instructions on how to use the TV's, as the ones in the bedroom took us a while to figure out as there were 2 remotes that needed to be used to get the TV's to turn on.
In addition, I would recommend thinking about getting the bed in the master fixed, as it was extremely squeaky each and every time you moved.
It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit as well. My only suggestion would be to run a cleaner though the washer, as some of our clothes came out with black mold looking spots that we have been unable to get out upon return.
Having stayed at Cowpet Bay West prior, we love the location and yours was closer to the pool and restaurants by a few units.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to returning and will be looking to stay in this unit again. Thanks again Pat & Bob.

Excellent location on many levels.
The beach, the pool (pool shared by several condos), pool/beach bar, fancy seafood restaurant, and beach restaurant are all steps away from the condo.
Grocery store and a town full of restaurants (Red Hook) is just a 5 minute drive away.
Condo itself is more than adequate for a comfortable & enjoyable stay.
