No swimming pool. No sauna and parking not much

I liked the room it was excellent

I was disappointed if the quality of the gym particularly the yoga mattress please change this with a new one. My be one firmer one and one softer one for the older users of the gym facilities.

The location is close to the tram and Metro. The breakfast was great. And the view for a River View room was spectacular!

The pillows weren't comfortable. The shower spray made the whole bathroom floor soaked.

Location was perfect for need

Price was too high for stay, Breakfast was ok but nothing special or extraordinary. The heating / cooling did not properly work - was to warm and could not been adjusted and also opening a Window did not help.

The air-conditioner is working only on heating.. The breakfast is awful. They charged my card for additional 30 Euro. No one knew why. Even booking.

Location is fantastic, right in the middle between the City and the touristy locations. Public transport is only 5 minutes away Rooms are good size and very clean. Everything works as it should.

Cannot say anything negative. The restaurant downstairs has a great view - but will soon need a refurb. Staff are very efficient and do everything very quickly a correctly. Perhaps for some people they could appear little cold. More smiles. But this is not something I would criticize too much.

Only + for me was the view from hotel restaurant and that it was close to Matthias Church. The rooms are too small for 2 adults and 2 children over 12 years old. Sofa bed is way too small for 2 children over 12 years old . We stayed in Novotel Erlangen Germany 2 days earlier and it was big sofa bed for kids to sleep on … Breakfast was also better in Novotel Erlangen Germany than in this Novotel Budapest Danube

The AC didn’t work ( felt like sauna in our room) blowing hot air even if you put on the lowest - so we turned off AC for the rest of our stay. After first night I went to reception and asked them to fix it. They said that they will send someone to fix it ( second night was again sleeping like in the sauna).The next day I went to registration again they offered me another room but said that AC might be the same in other rooms -blowing hot air … second option they offered me to unlock the window ( I took the second option) . I would not stay in this hotel again

Location is great. Breakfast was good.

Bit expensive. Family rooms are not facing river sides 😞. Staff were quite serious.. a bit of smile missing... Rooms were not spacious.

The hotel is in a great location. It was very clean.

The staff was a little lost wasn't aware of the rates for the hotel.

We like location, staff, breakfest. Also we like CNN tv channel in English.

No slippers in the room. I couldn't see any information about availability of pool or spa or gym.

Location, staff and quality of breakfast very good. We'll done the staff and management.

Bedroom quality was poor, outdated and too small and warm during our stay over the new year. The room was quite noisy early mornings because of the main road Fô Utca adjacent to the hotel. The bedroom heating control was non existent. We had keep the window open all of the time to keep the room a bearable temperature. The sauna was not working despite being advertised when the room was booked! Sadly, the bedroom requires updating to bring the quality of room up to modern standards!

Broken furniture LACK OF LIGHTING INSUFFICIENT LIGHTS TO ENABLED READING. HIGH RISK WITH ONLY DIM LIGHTS AS Part of flake eco friendly hotel. Definitely not eco friendly heating running at o very 30% Worst was exceptionally RUDE STAFF so unfriendly I hecked out 3 days earlier paying the full account which they misquoted. THE FINAL INSULT WAS THE $€100 FOR A SMALL BAG OF WASHING UNDERWEAR UNDERGARMENTS THAT CAME BACK ACTULY WET.

My feeling was THAT I was oztricsed by staff for complaining about lack oF Lighting. WHERE IN THE WORLD DOES NOT HAVEI LIGHT FOR READING OR SEEING ANYTBING IN ROOM .THEY DONT SMILE OR EVEN GREET YOU AT NOVOTEL BUDAPEST I will post warni g on facebook Warning
