The mattresses are packed with an extra sheet of foam. Really ugly and unhealthy.

Beautiful old-style room, huge windows, very clean. Staff was really helpful. We enjoyed every minute in our room. Location is absolutely perfect in a very city centre, walking distance from all most important tourist attractions in Pest and just around the corner of the night life quarter, but very quiet. Recommend!

One of the nicest budget rooms I have ever got in Europe. Spacious, comfy beds. The front desk staff was very helpful.

The hotel isn't close to the Opera House area, however there us a metro station near by, and plenty of public busses.

Non cooperative staff was the sore point of this stay

Staff laughed and gave bad looks when we try to check in, very bad service. Dirty with cracks on walls, windows have dead flies and black. Bathroom wall with stains, shower moulded.

The location of the hotel is perfect - we actually didn't use any transport to go around the city. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious. It would be a plus if they add an electrical jug and cups/glasses.

The building is beautiful, elegant, and is situated in a very nice and quiet area, reasonably close to the city centre and to public transport facilities. Public parking is available close-by (you can pay by phone - the app is easy to use and works very well). Our room was big, the bathroom also, and the beds very comfy. The staff was very nice and helpful.

There's free wi-fi, but most of the time it's so awfully slow that it's next to unusable. I often had to resort to my mobile hotspot. Also, the housekeeping service could be a bit better. Not once were our beds made during a four day stay, and when we ran out of liquid soap and shower gel (sadly, both at the same time), they weren't replenished. Luckily we happened to have a bar of soap with us that we could use instead.
