All in all a very good package. Modern hotel, nice view on the city and the river! 10min walk till the centre of Szeged. Very dog friendly.

Communication for the parking fee. But after short discussion it was canceled. No stuff for the dog in the room

Breakfast was very good and there is a underground parking lot. Price is very good for the offered service.

Fantastic room with balcony and a magnificent panorama. Large bed, modern and tidy bathroom. Excellent breakfast, kind and supportive staff. City is wonderful.

Bathroom could have been a little spacier, only one pool cue was available :)

The room was clean overall, but the dust bags in cleaning staff's vacuums should be changed more often. The smell is characteristic. Beware "twin room". It does not mean "bigger" but "connected with the next room". Door is obviously lockable from both sides, but not soundproof at all. You hear literally everything. Our neighbors were luckily a calm pair with a little boy, who went to sleep right after arriving.

The room was spacious and the breakfast facility included was really good! Lots of food choices!

I think it meets the expectations for a Novotel. If you are traveling with a Tesla there is a free charger in the parking which is amazing!

I had an issue with transportation and I explained to them but they didn't help for reimbursement or no charging

It's a dog-friendly hotel, which, for us, was vital. It's clean, located on the river, with nice views, and also quite clean. The hotel is also maybe not brand-new, but modern and well looked after.

The beds were not super comfy, and the bedding, especially pillows + duvets, were lumpy. Breakfast was somewhat limited. On the bright side, dogs were allowed and present everywhere :)

It was lovely to stay here. We have a beautiful room with a lovely view of the city and the river.

When we arrived it was very strong food smell everywhere in the hotel even on the 6th floor where we stayed.

The hotel is very close to the city center and everything can be reached with a 15 minute walk. The breakfast was plentiful, room service was quick and efficient. The room was modern and equipped with everything that is needed for a short weekend stay.

The parking at the hotel was a bit expensive for an open air parking lot.

Location and the view from the room is great.

They have private parking, but it is not free. For breakfast you have to pay extra.
