Nähe zum Flughafen und sehr nettes Personal. Schneller Check-in und Check-Out. Zimmer hat alles, was man braucht.

Die Zimmeraufteilung ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig mit der Dusche gefühlt mitten im Raum, aber stört nun auch nicht weiter für nur eine Nacht.

Das Zimmer war stark geheizt. Die Matratze war etwas zu weich oder durchgelegen.

Ferro passar roupas , máquina de café e chaleira elétrica . Estacionamento em frente ao hotel , mercados , posto de gasolina .

Dessa vez sem problemas.

Cerca del aeropuerto, la cama cómoda . Tienen la opción de desayuno en bolsa para llevar en caso de que necesites llegar temprano al aeropuerto.

Sirven el desayuno tarde y no pude desayunar ahí 😞 y había pagado el extra de desayuno .

Es war etwas kalt, wir konnten nur lüften, nicht heizen.

Unfortunately, the negative experience we had did allow us to enjoy the property.

1. The hotel never answered to the phone 2. Time for check-in was >30min, at 12.30am 3. The room was not cleaned

That is the sad part, I have nothing to say

The breakfast just average, the people at the front desk who does not treat you like a customer but more as a number, no smile, no welcome, nothing, it was hard to hear the word "Hello" so don't expect too much. The worst person was the shuttle driver for the airport, apparently being polite is something totally lost in our society today.

The size of the room and the shower was nice.

When we arrived 1 hour before midnight due to the delay in our flight the staff at the counter was not welcoming at all! He was more concerned about us paying the parking ticket and tax which was highly expensive! Prior to this the city tax was not disclosed on bookings website nor the parking. How ridiculous to pay for parking when your staying in a hotel. There was no meals to eat nor room service. The only option was pack food which was expensive £25.87 for two which tasted rather awful . I followed the outcome to heat up the food however the noodle was not edible and the beef was tasteless. The staff at the counter in the morning was not approachable. The cleaners were lovely. The staff need to smile more! The breakfast was average. However needs more of an option for a fry up. More suitable for an overnight stay.

I checked in late in the evening and was very tired. The room they gave me at the front desk was not ready and I had to wait some time

Decent airport hotel in great condition with friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast and a good if quirky room. there is a paid for shuttle bus from the airport every 30 minutes or so but its best to prebook.

More information provided on the shuttle bus as part of the booking, they have big gaps later in the evening.

I was having a quick one night stop-over in Zurich before continuing my journey home to the US (started in Germany), and the Radisson was the perfect stay overnight before my flight. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. The property is about 10 minutes (if that) driving from the Zurich Flughafen. There is a shuttle to and from the hotel/airport which helped me choose this property--but note about the shuttle: It is 'free' to take from the airport (to the hotel), but to schedule your shuttle from the hotel back to the airport you'll need to get a ticket from the front desk and pay 6 CHF. I knew about this charge in advance, so for me it was no problem, but just something to keep in mind. There is small bar/Italian restaurant in the lobby of the hotel and there is also an attached McDonald's so you'll have options for food/drink which was nice (since sometimes airport hotels can feel like islands with nothing around. All-in-all I had a lovely stop-over, got a good night of rest before my long flight home. Would absolutely stay here again in the future if I ever needed a overnight stay before a flight out of ZRH.
