The breakfast was very good and varied.
The only observation we have is that when we take a shower the water comes out under the shower room door. It's a defect in the bathroom floor.
Everything else was very good.

Location is good
I was at the 11th floor and the water pressure in the shower was very low and inconsistent
I asked to check a night earlier, they said it wasn't possible because I had already paid upfront and they don't do refunds. They wouldn't even agree to transfer this night to another one of their other branches in another location
I requested that they help me with sending out a postcard, the lady on the phone sounded super helpful and said that she would leave a message at the front desk while I'm checking out. At check out, of course no message was left and when I tried to explain again no one spoke English nor could help.

Great value for money . while there are better options in the area, there are much more expensive. this is a very good option on a lower price and still great location
the room while large (until the suite) had a very small desk for a business traveller such as myself. the TV set was in a place that I almost hit my head on it a few times

The location and that the hotel is pet friendly
The staff was not very friendly. For example, I had asked the reception for a bottle of water as housekeeping didn't place one, and they said that because I had drank the one bottle already placed in my room the day before, I was not allowed to have another complimentary bottle. The first I have heard from hotels in Mexico.
