Lovely hotel, gorgeous big room, very clean
The tap no matter how tight you turned it was still leaking in room 542, unfortunately only had buffet breakfast available on certain days, elevator not working, and it's beside a water processing plant I think so there can be a bit of a smell

The Hotel was comfortable and perfectly located for our needs. Staff were very courteous. Grateful for the car parking and also for being dog friendly.
At check in we were asked to re- register despite having done so in advance ( they had trouble finding us!). We also believed that we had pre-paid but apparently not! We were surprised that the cost per night for our small dog was $600pesos, which we thought excessive. This cost should be more properly displayed at time of booking.

It was an ok room
We had to always check our bill. They wanted to charge us almost double what we were told we were being charged o Booking. When we pointe this out we were given a shrug.
The food was TERRIBLE ...and they overchrged......

The maid was great!
The food was terrible and overpriced.
The main concern was the charges. We ordered our room through booking but were asked to pay almost double that. They corrected it once we pointed it out. Overcharges for food. They corrected it.
We shouldn"t have to scrutinize everything!
Also the location was not walking distance to anything.

The elevator was not working, my daughter is pregnancy and his room was on the sixth floor !!!!!

Almost everything is perfect with the exception of some details like the wifi not working or tvs without HDMI

427 leaks water it's a hazard I couldn't sleep right because of how much water it leaks. The bathroom mirror was like falling
The water bottles they offer are too small. The restaurant is not open until 11 and the buffet price is to expensive for what it offers not worth it.
I was move to room 232 the bathroom has no lock and the water pressure was to low in the shower
The position of the ac units on both rooms 427 and 232 were not center

The hotel has a lovely rustic theme, rooms were clean and comfortable.
Parking was a nightmare, there was not enough space and you had to walk a long way from the parking lot to the lobby. Also if you’re not used to driving the steep inclines of Guanajuato it can be quite nerve wracking.

Location, parking and room. All were good
Staff (desk) wasnt very friendly and seemed robotic. At least smile and look customers in the eye.
