It is a beautiful property.

It was a very nice hotel and very good staff. Pools and restaurant areas were nice ! Great beach front and access to the Dead Sea.
Just a note if you’re an alcohol drinker. They X-ray your bags and will not let you bring in your own alcohol so you have to purchase theirs.

The staff, the Italian restaurant, and the overall facilities including the spa.
The rates, the reception check in process, and the rooms are due for renovation.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! The pool was spotless and well-maintained, and the overall facilities (gym, restaurant, front desk) reflected a high level of service and attention to detail. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole atmosphere made the stay genuinely comfortable.
Unfortunately, the stay didn’t meet expectations in terms of cleanliness. The room had visible dust and clear signs it wasn’t properly cleaned before check-in, and the bathroom needed more attention. Even after requesting housekeeping, the response was slow and the cleanliness issues weren’t fully addressed.
