The Staff was really friendly and welcoming, always helpful, they have a 24h front desk
The bed was actually 2 mattress put together into 1 bed, the breakfast was pretty decent

The hotel is in a premium uphill location which offers a wonderful overview of the whole Naples bay, the Sorrento cityscape, and mount Vesuvius. There is a free complementary shuttle bus which offers daily commute between the hotel and city center, which makes the travel to the city center of Sorrento effortless. The room is very spacious and clean and nicely organized and decorated. Highly recommended for all those who want to have a relaxing and joyful stay in Sorrento, the view from the hotel balcony (pool and jacuzzi) is unbeatable!

the view from our room and balcony made it for us! The breakfast was very nice, they had everything we could desire
the shuttle bus was fine but the fact that it took a break mid day was annoying, especially on the day we arrived so tired and jet lagged.
The pool was open but not heated and they closed the hot tub for the season during our stay(October 7th) when many guest were still really enjoying it

There was a free bus from the property right into Sorrento.
We had our own balcony with beautiful views.
There was adaptors on hand as we forgot ours.
Information on various tours offered.
There is a pool and jacuzzi on site.
The jacuzzi needs to be better maintained.
There was dead bugs floating the first day we went to use them.
They could do with upgrading their sun loungers too as they are quite dated and old.
