The only good thing about this hotel is its location.
It is an old, run-down, neglected, dusty, heavy smelling, stained everywhere and antsy hotel. The beds are very old and full of ants. If you're planning to book this hotel, think again, don't be fooled by the pictures, it may be at least twenty years old. When we showed the ant in the bed, the reception staff replied that it's not a problem, just an ant and that ant bit us. Breakfast was very awful. Booking should not sell this hotel.

Room was spacious and comfortable and a small balcony that looked out onto the busy via Roma, and with the windows closed the room was quite.
All the staff were very courteous and helpful.

The hotel del Centro is close to the train station and close to the city center were most of attraction, churches and restaurant are. Everything is walking distance.
The hotel is clean ,the room spacious and so the bathroom.
The breakfast at the hotel has good option.
The hotel is quiet and we slept really well, our room had two balcony.
There is a receptionist 24 hours.
Staff is very friendly,and extremely helpful.
Staff customers service are at a level of a 5 star hotel.
The quality of of the service, the position of accomodation , and the cleaning standard make this hotel an excellent value for the money .
There is also a lift.
Everything was perfect.

Beautiful place, sweet breakfast staff.
We stayed for one night on the eve of new year. The place is beautiful but there was an excruciating noise every fifteen minutes throughout the night. When I contacted reception they they could do nothing about it. We hardly slept! They should’ve given us another room- stay clear of room 7! Very very poorly handled by the staff.

A good hotel for a night, close to all the amenities. The decor was authentic and charming, the staff was very friendly.
The bathroom could use a bit of an update since the shower wasn't the best.

The hotel was only a few minutes walk from Statione Centrale so handy for getting to the airport, etc. It is also an easy walk to Palermo's main attractions. Despite being on the busy Via Roma we were not disturbed by noise from the street. The reception staff were very helpful and breakfast was provided cheerfully at a small additional charge. There were many eating out possibilities nearby as well as food shops and all types of other shops.

Hotel Centro is very well located for all major sights in Palermo, as well as being close to many restaurants and the central rail station. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, and the room was comfortable and well appointed. I would happily recommend and return.

It's not far from the city center and close to the railway/bus station.
The hotel is in two flats of an old building from the XIX century with other neighbours and accomodations, but everything and everyone seems under control.
Breakfast was correct.
The room was really sober and austere. It's not very expensive to put some more images or pictures...
They controlled the air conditioning operation. If at 3 am. you need to turn on or off it, you have to call the reception.

Was next to the train station, not very far from city centre,shops around,lift,helpful staff,24h desk,very good wi fi.
Very old furniture,specific odor from them,listing balcony but that's not balcony exactly there is view to the next building drain and it's very small,not possible to use.Was no table in the room,generally everything is very old,needs renovation.

Location was really good, very close to the railway station and only a short walk to the main tourist area.

The location is as expected, very central. The rooms are tidy and comfortable, and the breakfast is a great spread.
It was quite noisy, since the hotel is right on Via Roma. Keeping the window closed certainly helped, but the AC was not sufficient to keep it cool.

Someone always at the reception 24/7, good location - close to train station. Walking distance (10mins) from central area. Clean room.
Bed was not comfortable, made creaky noises each time when moved.

staff was very friendly. 5 minutes walk from central station of Palermo.
Bed was very uncomfortable. i could feel the springs of it. a/c was not working.(no remote to be found). bathroom was dirty. not worth €90 per night.

The staff was awesome and the breakfast was delicious. We arrived late for breakfast (10:30) and they called us and kept it open a little bit longer for us. Very lovely people.
I was expecting a balcony in the room but we didn't have one (twin beds room), but other than that it was great.
