Location is excellent for sightseeing and food in Rome
The only negative which I wouldn’t care about usually is they do not have free to air tv so we were not able to watch the World Cup game which was on Rai. But who watches tv on holiday usually.

My room was in one of their annex buildings - 2 blocks from the main Inn. Getting the luggage moved around through the busy cobblestone streets was difficult and hotel staff help was scarce. Most of the nights of my stay, I was the only guest in the annex where I was - kind of freaky!! Breakfast was in the main building, so I had to be fully dressed before walking to breakfast. The pillows were SO HARD and the mattress was very hard, too.
On the positive side, the neighborhood was central to so much of Rome - walking was easy and entertaining. There was a taxi stand very close and the Metro station was just down the street at the Spanish Steps. Breakfast was good - I wish there had been a little more fruit.
The beds and pillows could have been better. A golf cart shuttle would be a nice addition for getting suitcases to and from the different annex buildings.
