Very quiet due to double windows even though right on the main road. Large rooms, good value.
Breakfast was ok but not great. Farther out from the center than I thought, not really walkable for us and bus service in Sorrento was a little confusing. Got a “family “ double room that we didn’t need by mistake, but that’s mainly due to an unclear booking.com website.

Breakfast and espresso was delicious, the view from my room was worth the upgrade, I loved the distance from everything — close enough to walk, but far enough to not feel overcrowded or loud. The staff was the best part!
It's very much up hill if you're walking a lot, but I didn't mind or I taxied.

The bed and room was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with many offerings. We enjoyed having a drink in the evening at the hotel bar. The staff was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and arranging transportation.
Everything met/exceeded our expectations.

The friendly staff was excellent and facilities very clean.
We had horrible nights of sleeping. The mattress are like sleeping on concrete and the pillows were not fluffy at all and gave us headaches each morning.
I would recommend putting a soft mattress topper on all the beds to make them softer to sleep on and provide bigger pillows instead of the very thin ones that you already have in each room.
