Warm welkom, fijn aan het strand en zeer behulpzaam team. Echt heel vriendelijk. Familiaire sfeer. Ontzettend aardige beach master. Slechte fietsen, maar wel met veel zorg en gratis beschikbaar gesteld.
Het is een écht fijn, familiehotel achtige accommodatie. Wel wat gedateerd. De kamer was erg sober en wat uitgeleefd. Het ontbijt ook sober en ouderwets.

The hotel is directly at the beach, offers free parking. We had a very big room (junior suit). The decoration is very new and apealing. Sea view from our room was exceptional.
Breakfast could offer more (although Italian hotels are not famous for their breakfasts).

This is a family orientated hotel situated on a main road which leads to Pescara so quite a busy road but as the hotel is set back a little and backs onto the beach it's perfectly situated. There's direct access from the hotel to the beach and sun loungers available at a very reasonable le price. The hotel has a snack bar open from early in the morning to late at night but there's also a dining area on the beach open for lunch. Rooms are exceptionally clean and maintained to a high standard. Continental breakfast can be taken inside or on the terrace where traditional fresh pastries and fruit is served daily. Staff are pleasant, clean and very accommodating.
There are restaurants all along the beach walk open until late and some are really good with amazing fresh fish dishes. Beaches are maintained and cleaned daily.
Pescara town centre is about an hours' walk from the hotel and well worth a trip. Plenty of shopping areas and some good restaurants too......
Can't honestly say there was anything not to like.

The staff, location and free parking
Triple room too small for three persons. As this is the property next to the beach, beach towels, umbrellas and sun beds should be included in the room price, but not for extra charge.

Right on the beach, very clean and comfortable. Seaside rooms provide excellent views. The best part, however, is the service! It is excellent.

Very conveniently located by the beach. Great access to complimentary beach beds for a few hours. OK breakfast on the terrace (the waiters seemed too busy). Late arrival hours. Nice staff.
The room was a bit small (budget) with no lift (stairs). Parking was crowded so I had to move the car early in the morning. A bit pricey for value for money.

The Comfort room is suitable for a couple who wants to spend a week or so in Francavilla. The room has everything you need, from a safe to the mini fridge to enjoy a sunset Italian aperitif. The balcony is perfect to enjoy the beautiful seaside and enjoy a snack after a day of sunbathing.
The staff is friendly and professional, always prompt to satisfy the customer needs.
It’s possible to have lunch and dinner at the restaurant locates next to the reception.
Everything was okay, but I would appreciate a bit more organisation during the breakfast service since there are all the attributes to be a superior hotel. Also, I understand that the COVID-19 has disrupted the hospitality sector, but overall, they are doing their best. Last but not least, it would be nice to have a small jar of water when requested (I had to order several glasses of water since there weren’t neither bottles nor jars).
