Our 3-day stay at Violino d'Oro was simply wonderful, defined by a level of personal care that exceeded our highest expectations. While the property itself is beautiful, it is the exceptional team - specifically GM Annabella Cariello, Giada De Pretto on the Front Desk of and Concierge Matteo Flumian - that made our visit so memorable. During our trip, we faced an unexpected travel mishap that had nothing to do with the hotel. Despite this, Annabella, stepped in personally to help us handle the situation. Her calm guidance, local knowledge and genuine support turned a stressful moment into a manageable one. Both she and Giada went to so much trouble on our behalf that they truly made us feel like family. Giada's kindness continued at the front desk. We are currently on a five week trip through Italy. She went out of her way to assist us by coordinating logistical details directly with our upcoming hotels. Her local coffee and restaurant recommendations were faultless. To cap off our stay, we asked the team for assistance with a last-minute request. On the eve of the Venice Film Festival, Matteo secured us a reservation at the renowned Ristorante da Ivo. It was not just a fantastic dinner but the perfect experience to conclude our time in Venice. Annabella, Giada, and Matteo exemplify the very best of hospitality. Their warmth made our stay unforgettable, and we look forward to returning to what now feels like our Venetian home.
