Hotel David

This was our favorite hotel in all of Italy!! from the moment you walk in, the staff was wonderful! Gave us a map highlighting where the attractions were & how to get there. Actually super easy walk to city center. The back of the map explained what they are doing for sustainability. They took all the coffee machines out of the rooms but there is a super automatic in the lounge where you can make yourself tea/coffee any time you want. Also natural & frizzy water available on tap where we filled out water bottles often. They had the best happy hour where you get 3 free drinks in they beautiful garden which is lite magically at night. Wish we could have stayed longer. The room was lovely with a lovely old world authentic feel with modern lighting, plumbing, bed, etc.

nothing!! was absolutely perfect. We loved every bit of the neighborhood and hotel.

From the time we checked in until we left everything exceeded our expectations. Great happy hour, patio relaxation and breakfast was great.

I can’t think of one thing

We had an extraordinary stay at the Hotel David. Katerina/Catherine was amazing at the front desk. The hotel had a happy hour (wine, food, drinks, etc.) + a dedicated water station at all hours + 3 free drinks every day per guest. The selection at breakfast was awesome as well. Overall, it felt like the hotel really cares about the guest experience and to me, that’s goes a very long way for a hotel to be excel!

Absolutely nothing. Top notch service and the bus stand was just outside the hotel so very easy to go in and out of the heart of Florence.
