The hotel felt very calm and the staff, particularly Caterina at reception was so welcoming and friendly. The spa was lovely and the room amenities were great. Location is fantastic!
The bed mattresses were a bit unsupportive.

Compared to other hotels with cheaper daily rates, the breakfast was lacking. There was also a delay in cleaning tables so some mornings it was difficult to find an empty table. One morning there were dirty glasses on what appeared to be an available table. However, the female breakfast employee was lovely!
Minimal healthy breakfast options. Wine by the glass price was extremely high. The welcome card states check out time is 12 noon. Apparently check out time is actually 11:00 and I received a call asking if “I was ok” and that check out time is actually 11:00. When I pointed out the welcome card states check out time is 12 noon, the reception employee’s response was “I’m just an employee.”
