We got to Venice early & got a bit turned around but we called the hotel & staff walked use thru how to get there. They stored our bags until check in. the hotel is located on the grand canal so great location & close to train station. We didn't have dinner or breakfast at the hotel. The garden is lovely & they were having happy hour but we decided to walk venice instead.

When we got back to the hotel to check in, the person working the front desk was on the phone & basically ignored us. I went to go use the restroom, came back & she was still on the phone. My husband went to go use the restroom & I signaled the staff that I liked her fingernails. THEN she got off the phone, checked us in & gave us our bags. Not a big deal as they see so many people in and out but you definitely got the impression, she's rather be doing something else.

Newly renovated hotel, excellent location so friendly and professional staff, you really cannot ask for more. Very clean room with all the necessary staff. Breakfast was excellent. We really felt welcomed by everyone. Highly recommanded. Keep up the good job.

I would't change anything, as everything works perfect as it is.

Location was perfect. Walkable to everything but not as crowded as St. Mark's Square area. The bed was super comfy and the room was a great size. Staff was very helpful and even booked us a private boat taxi to the airport because we had an early flight.

The receptionist when we were trying to check in. She was not very articulate. I can hardly understand what she was paying. I don't know if she is Chinese, or Vietnamese when I was talking to her on the intercom. Being a receptionist, one must know English very well.
