Hotel La Madonnina

Abbiamo trascorso una notte a La Madonnina e ci siamo regalati una piccola pausa dal lavoro, tra benessere, mare e buon cibo. La struttura ha una posizione davvero speciale, affacciata sul mare, e la zona wellness è stata una delle cose che abbiamo apprezzato di più. Ci siamo concessi un po’ di SPA, il caldarium e soprattutto un bellissimo massaggio, effettuato con prodotti Germaine de Capuccini: un momento di vero relax e di cura. La mattina siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi dalla colazione, ricca e curata, con diversi prodotti legati alla tradizione e al territorio ischitano. Un modo davvero bello per iniziare la giornata. Abbiamo poi concluso la nostra esperienza con un pranzo sulla terrazza sul mare: panorama meraviglioso e un’atmosfera che fa subito sentire di essere a Ischia. 🌊

Un piccolo inconveniente: avevamo programmato di cenare nel ristorante dell’hotel, ma quella sera era chiuso. Siamo quindi usciti e abbiamo trasformato anche questo piccolo imprevisto in una piacevole serata.

Great location near the port, friendly helpful staff, beautiful private beach club with drinks and food, spacious rooms, massage treatments, gym, and a great restaurant - couldn't ask for more!

We had a lovely 4 night stay. The hotel is close to the center of Casamicciola and its port, making it easy to jump on ferries from there, rather than from Ischia Porto. We took a cab to see Ischia Porto, Ischia Ponte, and the bus to see Forio & Sant"Angelo. Buses are easy and inexpensive. Our room was adequately sized and the A/C was glorious. The balcony overlooking the water was just lovely. The room was comfortable and kept super clean. The hotel is spotless & the seaside area for lounging was fun and inviting. Overall, we loved Ischia and this hotel.

It was a little removed from the center of Casamicciola, but we consider that more of a positive rather than a negative.

The location is stunning. The room was nice. Individuals at the front desk were warm and helpful. The bartender at the beach was very nice and made good drinks.

The lunch options were limited and very over priced. Portions were small.When we sat down for breakfast we were not offered coffee or told that we could order items from the menu. Im an American and I did not get the sane treatment as native Italians even though I speak some Italian. We were not told that we could reserve chairs at the beach, and when I did, it was given to another family because they need to sit together. I guess me and my husband are not considered a family . I should also mention that i came down that morning to ensure that i got my reserved seats. No one asked us if we wanted drinks or lunch at our chairs over the course of 4 days. At Breakfast, we were served cold cappuccino. The waitress was rude on multiple occasions. I witnessed her being more attentive and pleasant with other guests. I should mention that we stayed in a superior room, tipped the staff and are always courteous. I have traveled all over Italy and I have never been treated so terribly!
