Bad WiFi connection

Staff were very friendly at check in and the room itself provided everything I needed, especially for travelling solo. I was given a room with a balcony which was also a lovely touch. Breakfast was also included in my booking which was great. Perfect location, only across the road from the beach!

The bed wasn't the most comfortable but it wasn't the worst! Also an error in judgement from myself in the fact the place didn't offer an iron.

Staff was friendly. Perfect location.

Breakfast was so good, it takes 1 min walk to the beach, the evening walks with living street just outside the hotel and it has a terrace with fabulous view on the last floor!

The only safe box in the hotel was at the reception so I had to ask about the common key every time I had to leave something value in it. It would be perfect if the room had a dedicated safe box.

Location Strong and comfortable central air conditioning

Drinks at the breakfast served by the staff who doesn't come very often. Very weird solution which I haven't seen in any other hotel and seeing all the other guests being eaqually puzzled neither have them.... Unnecessary, contrapruductive and stupid.

Room 401 - the best. Big terrance with seaside view. Good breakfast, nice people.

Just the location - directly at the beach

Very badly sound proofed - you can hear Avery guest and everything. No chance to get asleep without earplugs. The internet is so slow as if someone puts you in a time machine and brings you 25 years back... The breakfast was soso, very poor choice, no vegetables at all, few apples, sometimes a banana. The alleged melones and other fruits we're finished by 9:00. All in - this hotel is not comfortable, doesn't fulfill requirements for a 3 star, not worth an 8/10, but a simple 5/10 max.

the room was dirty, someone’s hair in the bathroom, dirt on pillows under the cover.

Luckily our room have two balconies (front of the hotel and the other is on the side). We were still able to see the ocean from the side balcony. The room is comfortable and clean.

The noise due to construction. The hotel is still doing its renovations. The balconies infront of the hotel is covered with scaffolding so you will not be able to have an oceanview.
