Friendly staff, great location, large room, very clean, balcony
All good. Minor notes below which didn’t spoil are stay in any way
Safe was not working first night. Staff member said it would be fixed next day. Still not fixed 5 days later
Maybe a soap dish by the sink would be good

The best location if you want something thats super close to the metro train line and a few restaurants and shops!!
Having the metro at the doorstep is amazing It’s honestly so convenient to get to all landmarks and main attractions and the hotel is not in the main bit of it but it still has a lot of things next door! Basically walking distance!
Our first rooms aircon was broken but staff did there best to accommodate till we could get into another room

The location of this hotel is very close to placa d'espanya and this is the really good thing about this hotel, it's also very close to communication.
Breakfast was very sad, not hot meals at all, scrambled eggs were cold, bacon was cold, the breakfast was not worth the price they charge for it.
Remote control in the room didn't work, told about it but nothing was made to fix it.
The aircon didn't work from the panel had to go down to the front desk to get help.
All in all this stay was not to the expectations, have been at this hotel before.
