nothing it was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

we only stayed one night because we couldn’t get into our villa until the next day we landed at midnight and got to our hotel I booked 2 rooms for 7 myself, my husband and our 5 children we had with us. they said we had only booked for 2 people!!!! they were not going to let us stay. it was 2am and we were travelling with young children. he said that our rooms wouldn’t fit us all in and made us stand around for about an hour with the kids falling asleep on chairs we were eventually let in and there was enough beds for everyone. the hotel room was something like a horror movie damp, smelly and full of cockroaches and other nasty things. the breakfast was not edible and there was no where to sit it was dirty and awful! I honestly have slept in some places in my time, I’ve traveled all around but this was the worst ever

Staff were great, very friendly and tried to be accommodating. Good location.

The room we had was sub-standard and completely over-priced in comparison to other places in the Balearic Islands. Toilet broken, no hot water at times, NO water one night, smelt of cigarette smoke, bedding atrocious, shutter door lock broken, no fridge or coffee facilities in room… all for 200 EUR / night. Not good.

I had to ask for the room to be cleaned and for change of towels. bins provided were full for nearly whole stay but that aside we had a great holiday

Pillows

Insects in the room. Toilet smelled like sewage. No soap. Lady would not give me my total receipt when I checked out. She was irrational.

extremely relaxed atmosphere with super nice staff! Christian, the manager, is a super nice guy and you’ll see him there all the time! the pool is great and the rooms are cleaned everyday with new towels. we did the full-board and the food is great too!

my AC in the room was broken, however I saw them fixing things all the time.

We left a night early has the room was that bad. Full of bugs and insects. Door was broken and would not lock. Really dirty and unclean and generally unsafe. Refund wanted!

The apartment was clean and nice. Everything almost new. The location is good. The pool big. Quiet place.

the kitchen needs to be rechecked. Not enough plates and silverware. There is no rag, scourer, soap or garbage bags. basic items would be needed.
