Good location right near Plaza de Espana. Bit further to walk to the Alcazar and Cathedral (20 minutes)
Very good food choice for breakfast. Outside on the terrace or inside tables available.
Very comfortable bed, nice design bathroom with shower and bath.
Stunning views from the infinity pool on the first floor
Helpful staff when our flight was delayed and we arrived at 3am. Much appreciated.
Would recommend this hotel
The pool was very busy with the usual towels on sunbeds with no one using them. The other seats available were the old fashioned deckchairs, also full but uncomfortable for me.
Same deckchairs on the balcony not keen on either.
Otherwise all good.

Good pool area for the kids but poorly managed in respect of beds.
Confortable family room.
Externally the building is a disgrace and in much need if some TLC.
Inside it better but still tired in parts.
Pool is great but poorly managed, impossible to get a lounge as people grab then for the day despite this not being allowed.
Bar shut one night with no reason
