very large room with private outdoor space, nice bathroom, good breakfast selection.

At the top of a hill and a good 20 minute walk into town.

Nice location on a golf course. Nice pooland pool area in the summer.

Tired place. Some room features do not work. Shower diverter did not work so... Buffet dinner made my stomach churn all night. A glass of wine was out of this world bad. Should have known better. Other food alternatives hard to come by with walking distnce.

The breakfast location was beautiful, but the breakfast itself tasted blend. A disappointment. The staff was really nice and caring all around the hotel

There was a sewage smell that was of constant presence in the room and all in the hall way. It seems bad plumbing would be the cause, but it really made the whole stay uncomfortable.

Nicely set in very nice area. Rooms and bathroom were recently painted/renovated.

Rooms lack cozy décor. Bathroom shower operation was somewhat tricky. Coffee machine in breakfast need replacement. There is always line up and quality of coffee was not good. Windows need replacement or fixing. they made of wood and wood needs maintenance.

Swimming pool

The room smelled really bad all the time, it was impossible to sleep because a party happening next to the hotel until 2'30 in the morning. Breakfast had bad quality food. I would not recommend staying there again, way expensive for the bad stay we had.

Where to start. First of all, the hotel is super dated and needs to be fully renovated as everything is very old. I travelled with my family and there were 6 of us. It seemed like an inconvenient when we got to the dining room on our first day because the waitress was surprised that the 6 of us wanted to sit together for our meals. Someone put 2 tables together but they did not seem too happy about it. It was meant to be a 4 star hotel but the facilities and furniture were very far from that. The bed was super uncomfortable and small, the massive door keyring was totally unnecessary, the buffet choices were very limited and not very good quality, the main bar was poorly stocked with very few choices, the dining room tables were broken (we asked the waitress to please change our table as it was very woobly and she asked "does it bother you that much?" - I can't believe we actually had to answer yes to such an obvious question), lunchtime meals were badly organised by kitchen staff as all of us had gotten and finished our seconds while one of us was still waiting, the waitress was lazy and while she took our order, she went down on her knees and put her elbows on our table to write our order (this was totally surreal), there is no order or control in the pool area as there is a poster with rules which some people did not follow (some people were smoking cigarrettes and weed, the was a kid kicking a ball from one side of the pool to the other...and none of the members of staff stepped outside or said anything to these people), they gave us vouchers for a free drink each but we were told that water or coffee were not included, there was only one coffee machine for breakfast and the queues were super long, by the end of our third day we were out of toilet paper and no one restocked it so had to use our own tissues. Overall, not a 4-star-hotel.

old stuff restaurant is old and dirty

property is about 2 km from the bus stop. they have no pick up or drop of service. Santa Cristina doesn’t have taxis either so you mostly have to walk all the way to the hotel. staff is quite rude and they don’t help you out with anything

staff was extremely ignorant. the place looks like the pictures but no there is absolutely no service around the pool or in the rooms.
