An excellent selection during breakfast and dinner buffets. As Grand Club members, we enjoyed unlimited access to all the pools. A wonderful public beach is just 5 minutes from the hotel – beautiful sand and clear water. Free and convenient parking in front of the hotel.
They forgot to do the payment during check-in, so we had to return to the reception second time. The hotel is old. The Grand Club lounge is pointless and an embarrassment; there is no reason for anyone to go there. The quality of the food and drinks in the lounge is very poor. Just leftovers from breakfast and terrible coffee. There is a garage lot and dump site just outside the hotel visible from the rooms. At some evenings you can smell the waste.

The hotel was clean and situated in a great location. Decent food choices and the all inclusive included the à la carte restaurants which was great. Sunbeds were available, the kids club looked well organised. The splash pool and slides were clean and kids loved them.
The air conditioning in the room would or could not go below a certain standard (19 degrees) so upon returning to our room from the heat the room was warm and we couldn’t sleep at night. We complained but they said this was the law in Spain which was actually a lie. We have submitted a formal complaint about the service received after conversations with the hotel manager and guest experience manager fell on deaf ears.
