- Nice location of the hotel, the village Santa Eularia is easily accessible from the hotel
- Spacious and clean room with an incredible ocean view
- The Level Rooftop and Pool were great to relax
- Friendly and welcoming staff
- Snacks and drinks for free the whole day at the Level Lounge
- Rental car service directly at the hotel
- The buffet at breakfast and during happy hour could have been more varied

We loved the Level lounge even though we couldn’t drink on this trip. The rooftop during the day was quite busy and the pool a little small but we loved the main pool and had the daybed which was really nice but the rooftop area was lovely in the evening for dinner. The view from the room was stunning and we would def book this room type again. We will def return.
The room itself needed hooks for towels & robes and there was no vanity space for toiletries and whilst the mirrors were large there was no dressing table to get ready I joked that it was def a man that designed the rooms 😂. This wouldn’t put me off returning but def needs a mention.

Not enough sun beds - you have to get up early to get one
Air con could be better - especially in the lobby
All rooms should have a nespresso, we had a level room as an upgrade but the coffee facilities were dire! We asked for a machine and it never came!
