No pude descansar, habitación al lado del comedor y al principio del pasillo por lo que al abrir el comedor por la mañana los ruidos ya no me dejaron dormir y el transito de los pax al llegar por la noche y al salir por la mañana tampoco.

The large lounge with comfortable sofas and armchairs. Our request for more pillows was met promptly. Leaving our room for the last time!
We paid for a large deluxe room. What we got was a room much smaller than all the other rooms we saw in the hotel. Our room, named Salterio, was classified by the hotel as a deluxe room, but in our opinion it wasn't and was only a standard double room.
The standard of cleanliness was poor. The hand-wash basin was rarely cleaned and the rugs were dirty. Although the sheets were changed our towels were not changed during our 5 day stay. It was a very dark room, requiring lighting most of the time. There were small patches of black mould in places on the ceiling.
The hotel staff were generally not bothered about us, being keen only to receive the payment at the beginning of our stay and the key back at the end.
We were very dissatisfied with our stay and would not return to the hotel.

Typical continental breakfast, more than adequate. Staff friendly and helpful despite having little English, Google translate did it's best! In the very centre of the old town. Parking, as always, a problem in these old towns, but was expected. Very good tapas and restaurants.

Centrally located hotel yet quietly set back in the lovely old town of Carmona.
We requested a room on a high floor yet were allocated the first room in the hotel so the window view was of the reception courtyard. We would have preferred a room with a more outlooking outlook.

Hotel is a 15-20 minute walk from bus station.

Great location, very central in a beautiful town.
The hotel was cold and a bit unloved. The room was very tired with burnt and chipped fixtures. And there was noisy building work going on in the hotel while we were there.

Beautiful rooms and place, ideally in the center of Carmona.
Very noisy staff expecially in the morning, breakfast ok but nothing of special.

Room was just gorgeous - lovely, unique, artistic decor and features Windows from bedroom and bathroom looked over delightful, ancient courtyard Views ahead and to right took in glittering, tiled church roofs - and we were serenaded by church bells throughout the day We had a sneak peek in a few other rooms while they were being cleaned and every one looked stunning and all different
Breakfast, I believe, was a reduced service due to Covid! We would have liked some fruit, but we had our own so no big deal
Location was sensational Right in heart of old down, surrounded by ancient and beautiful buildings Parking IS an issue, however, but we (thankfully) asked in advance and found where we should go
Staff were most helpful and friendly, although lack of our fluent Spanish was an issue ....

Very thing we needed, extra pillow provided when asked , breakfast acceptable, bread a little poor very light .
Just a little tired but maybe that’s part of the charm, it’s is very old building

Breakfast very very poor, just toast ham olive oil and tomato. Coffee machine made poor coffee

Location was very near all main facilities. eg museums, restaurants, bars.
Staff were very helpful
Not the fault of the hotel, but some churches very nearby rang their bells 24/7 on the hour every hour. Not too sure if this would be common for most hotels as lots of churches in a small town area.

Location is perfect.
Hotel is beautiful and charming.
The room with near the reception and you could hear everything.
Breakfast is nothing special. For the same price you get in a bar fresh orange juice and better quality breakfast.
Bathroom door didn't close from outside and it was near the bed.
