La ubicación, en primera línea de playa, y todo era nuevo, se nota que se ha hecho recientemente.
Nada. Por poner un pero, quizás no fueron muy simpáticos en recepción, pero pudo ser un mal día Repetiría

Hotel close to beach and in new condition.
Receptionist very unhelpful, airconditioning was not working in an extremely hot room and fan was useless. Sleeping with open window was therefore required but it was noisy for a long time and moscitos entered the room.
Balcony was very dirty.

The room on the ground floor has a terrace which was completely blinded with electric remote controlled blinds against the sun so the view was o%

Very good location for the town and beach
Room had everything you need, recently refurbished and a good view across the beach. Could watch the tuna boats with their nets out to sea.

Great location with beach and sea few steps away. Close to brillant restaurants. Clean and spacious room.

Location and cleanliness
I booked a room with a terrace and Sea view for five days, but the view was on the parking lot on the first floor and it was not as the pictures on the site, and through my stay I tried to change the room to another one with a view but this did'nt happen.

Too much bleach used with cleaning. Room had a strong bleach odor

Very clean and comfortable with a great location for exploring Barbate Conil and Zahara.
Noisy guests at 1 o’clock in the morning kept us awake during our last night.

Was very clean and location is excellent with beach on your doorstep and the town. Also there was a kettle in the room. Restaurants on beachfront were lively. TOFFE and KRAKEN gave excellent food
Fridge kept making clunking noises during night. Could do with sockets both sides of beds and mirror outside bathroom but theses are minor details.

The hotel is modern, clean and airy, in a very good location next to Playa del Carmen and Barbate's many good bars and restaurants. There is free parking around the hotel. The beds were large and comfortable (memory foam mattress and pillows) and the bath was a decent size. A nice terrace to sit out and enjoy a beer while watching people going about their business.
I was a little disappointed, having paid extra for a room with a sea view, that the only way to see the sea was to lean over the wall of the balcony - the building is two streets back from the seafront and at right-angles to it. It might be better on the upper floors?
