the restaurant wasn’t great

The view from the room was just superb. It's a bit difficult to get to the hotel, but it's okay if you've got a car.

The hotel and the hotel area has got major potential, but just disappoints after all. When we arrived to the hotel we had a wonderful lady checking us in, but later when we needed extra pillows or anything, the other receptionist was just awful. It's a very expensive hotel and for them to tell that it's not possible to get extra pillows after the housekeeping goes home at ~15-16 is just weird. We also had dirty towels in the room and the evening receptionist asked if we can manage with it to the next day?! Where on earth do you ask a paying guest in a hotel to try to manage with a dirty towel to the next day? The whole "customer service" from this one person ruined our whole stay in this hotel. I really hope the management does something about it since that is not how you're supposed to behave towards guests. And this is just an advice from a person who also works as a receptionist in hotels...

lovely rooms .. lovely location. lovely staff. The view over the sea is amazing . Bus stop right outside was handy . Nearest village ten minutes. Food was was ok but breakfast was excellent. Such a nice pool area .

Nice views, clean, big room (junior suite), kettle and teas available, soap & shampoo smelled really well.

I would reduce the price of the breakfast

Spacious room, amazing sea view, walk-in shower with good water pressure, and free parking - Ramona at front desk was amazingly helpful!

Room was a little worse for wear with scuffed walls and the bed was very firm.

Very nice location with great views of the sunset! Large bathroom with a fabulous shower. Beds were very comfortable.

Parking was very limited and the spaces are very narrow.

it’s a shame there isn’t a footpath to Valldemossa

Large room with breathtaking seaview and mountainview. Garden with multi viewpoints at fantastic sunset. Varied tasteful breakfast. Helpful staff. Dinner a la menu. Parking.

The pool and grounds were beautiful.

I was told there was parking and yet it was full when I needed to park late at night. The staff member told us to park down the winding ,narrow road and walk back to the hotel in the dark. We were not going to do that ,so we parked in a dangerous spot and later came down to see if anything had opened up, which it did. The staff did finally help us park, but it wasn't a pleasant experience.

such a dream like place and view. exceptionally beautiful view and white ambience of the resort n room was v nice. not European style for sure but something elegant. the property has beautiful points in property to sit at to enjoy in solace. food was also very good n staff attentive. the best part is the view and location. highly recommend it n definitely worth the price

Extremely friendly and helpful concierge who was great at communicating with guests and made us feel very welcome! The hotel is beautiful and clean with a spectacular oceanfront view and delicious breakfast. The rows of hotel lights are a welcome sight in the distance when you return each night!

The carpark spaces are a little narrow.

The coffee machine in the breakfast area was super slow however the breakfast itself was very nice!

Location is great, view as well. The best on this hotel is the receptionist - Ramona and the wairtress Vik in restaurant.

mold in the Bathroom, room not cleaned enough , Wales were also dirty, pool was not cleaned, not enough sunbeds

It was a very nice time in that hotel.

Good breakfast with fresh omelet or eggs to your liking. Only a few rooms. The hotel was fully booked yet it felt very private and luxurious, not crowded.

Only one extremely slow coffee machine.
