Very friendly, clean and convenient
Air conditioning unit wasn’t facing the bed and I get hot at night.

Aside for not allowing my daughter in as she turns 18 two days after our arrival, I was told to lodge her somewhere else for a night to return midnight on her birthday 🎂. This is too extreme and the hotel should challenge this ridiculous condition. The hotel itself we enjoyed, great music, noisy at early mornings but I didn't mind as it's a party hotel.
I felt as a black family, and little out of place as it seems the white staff constantly want to check me, I see a lot of white people walk past undisturbed even those without wristband but even when I have my wristband am stopped almost constantly. The black staff were amazing and helpful and made me feel at ease and also most of the white staff but there are always unwise people. These was rampant in ibiza

Great location. Reduced prices on the bar and great pool parties
Bit noisy even after curfew. Lots of weed being smoked so bad smells in the corridor

The staff were really friendly and security was really good. The food and drinks were good and reasonably priced.
The shower goes hot and cold constantly and doesn’t stay at a constant temperature, SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE.
