The hotel was very clean, the food was excellent with a great variety every day, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The location is beautiful, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. I would especially like to thank Ingrid at reception for her professionalism during both check-in and check-out, and David for taking the time to listen carefully and answer my questions in a respectful and professional manner.
Families should be aware of the hotel’s pool policy, as inflatable flotation rings are not permitted, even for children who cannot swim and are under direct parental supervision. I also found it disappointing that complimentary in room coffee was only provided on the first day, with additional sachets charged separately. Finally, one interaction with a reception staff member regarding a simple parking inquiry could have been handled more professionally. I raised these concerns directly with the hotel during my stay but did not receive a response before my departure.

The hotel is right on the beach and has easy access to the cyclable lane. The room was clean and spacious even if quite bare. We had a view of the carpark, which was not a problem for us but, if you care about it, that could be a bit of let down. We had a disabled person with us and their care and facilities were very good.
There are few things that were not up to standard for me - first the poolside has sunbeds availability - people all week were allowed to put towels on the bed and not show up the full day - hotel staff did not manage this issue at all . I am sure there is the scope to assign one or two sunbeds per room to ensure there is fair access and availability for all guess. There were 5 sun umbrellas around the pool - again that is not enough for a full hotel.
Additionally, the bathrooms around the swimming pool were not cleaned regularly or toilet paper stocked and that was a let down, especially considering the amount of people around the pool
